How Does Solar Work.
Five easy steps to go Solar.
1. Consultation
We have a great team of energy consultants that will custom design a solar system specifically based on your energy needs. We'll then tell you how much you can save by going solar. Finally, answer any questions about going solar. Painless, simple, easy, and free.
2. Design
Once the project has been agreed upon, our in-house engineer will schedule an appointment to visit your home. During this time, measurements, roofing system evaluation, and electrical infrastructure are assessed. Finally, system designing of your solar system takes place.
3. Permitting
Once system design plans are completed, they are submitted to your local, or county building department for approval. No action is required on your part, as our in-house permit team handles all aspects of the process.
4. Installation
On installation day, our in-house installation crew will start working on installing your solar system. Once completed, we'll be working with you on getting your net-metering application completed with the utility.
5. Final Walk-Through
This is the best part! Once your project has passed final inspection by your local municipality, the utility has installed a bi-directional meter, and "Permission to Operate" or PTO has been issued, we will schedule you're final walk-through appointment. Your energy consultant will provide assistance in installing your monitoring app, review all equipment, answer any questions, and finally activate your solar system!
